To be able to view video footage you will need to download the latest Viewer from the following for the
PC and the MAC

Windows PC Versionhttps://www.blackvue.com/download/blackvue-windows-viewer-cloud/
Apple MAC Versionhttps://www.blackvue.com/download/blackvue-mac-viewer-cloud/

For all current models DR900S, DR750S and DR590 Series you may need to upgrade the firmware. It is recommended that you take your original Blackvue memory card that came with the camera and reformat using the utility found on the Blackvue Viewer.

Then go to the following and find your specific model. Load the latest firmware and insert into your Blackvue Dash Cam.

RMA Process

If the camera system has been purchased from Baros Technology and is within warranty, please contact the office and we will outline how to return the product back to us.

If out of warranty most cameras are repairable. Please contact the office for more information about the repair service and associated costs and time taken to repair as the camera systems are sent back to S. Korea for repair.
